Account

How can I access the status of my orders?

To check the status of your orders, access your account through the “CUSTOMER AREA” icon by entering your email and password.

There you will be able to consult the status of the orders, and you will have access to your personal data and, if necessary, you can change information of the delivery or invoicing address.

I forgot my password

To recover your password, access the "CUSTOMER AREA" icon, click on the "Forgot your password?" then enter your email address, click on “submit”.

You will receive an email with a link and instructions to update your password.

Where can i find my Invoice?

Your invoice is sent and delivered together with the purchased products, but it will also be available in your online customer account.

If you did not register, you should have received an email with a link to access the invoice.

If you find that the link has not been sent or if you need help to access the invoice, contact us via email

How can i delete my account?

Before deleting your account, please share with us the reason for dislike, so that we can correct any unpleasant situation.

Despite this and if you want to delete your account, contact us via email.

How can i create an account at LOVEITPORTUGAL?

To create an account, just click on the “CUSTOMER AREA” icon on the homepage of the website and fill in all the requested information.

When you create an account on LOVEITPORTUGAL, your personal data will be automatically saved for your future visits and you will have access to exclusive campaigns for LOVEITPORTUGAL customers.

You can also manage your orders, returns, invoices of your orders, and add or remove addresses, so you can receive your orders at the appropriate places.

(b) Countries OUTSIDE the European Union: Norway + Switzerland + UK

(c) USA (50 states) and Canada (10 provinces)

(d) Other Countries not above mentioned, are not served by our standard services.

Should you want a delivery for another country, please contact our Customer service by e-mail.

IMPORTANT: Please be informed that the LOVEITPORTUGAL website does not accept orders with deliveries on PO Boxes addresses.

Returns timing

We accept returns up to 30 calendar days, after the order is delivered to your address.

Products that can be returned

Products that are in perfect condition and have not been used, can be returned; together with the returned product(s), the inner packaging that contained the product(s) must also be returned.
